President Trump on Friday said he will not sign the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act, which passed with overwhelming bipartisan support, because of the Senate’s refusal to pass the SAVE America Act.
Trump won’t sign the bill “in PROTEST over the fact that the United States Senate is not capable of passing THE SAVE AMERICA ACT, which is polling at 97% with the Republican Party, and very high with the non-politician Dumocrats,” he said.
“The Act states, quite simply, that to Vote a person must show PHOTO VOTER I.D., PROOF OF CITIZENSHIP, AND THAT THERE WILL BE NO MORE CROOKED, CORRUPT, & DESTABILIZING MAIL-IN BALLOTS (EXCEPTIONS for Military, Disabled, Illness, and Travel!).”
Still, the bill will automatically become law on Saturday unless Trump vetoes it. Previously, House Speaker Mike Johnson said, “There won’t be a veto,” and Trump was “just trying to decide whether he’s signing it or not.”
Trump described the Senate’s failure as “CRAZY,” further demanding that the Senate terminate the filibuster and pass it, along with “every other Bill that true Republicans have ever dreamt of,” before it’s too late.
In November, Trump read off a list of bills that the GOP could pass if they nuked the filibuster, including voter ID requirements, banning mail-in voting, cashless bail reform, ending transgender insanity in women’s sports, and ending taxpayer-funded benefits for illegal aliens. But RINO leader John Thune didn’t care.
He noted that the Democrats will immediately terminate the filibuster after the midterms if, and likely when, they win the Senate. “And I will no longer be able to call them Dumocrats again! The title of DUMB will revert to the Republicans who allowed this horrible calamity to happen to our Party, and our Nation, itself,” Trump added.

THE SAVE AMERICA ACT’S non-passage is CRAZY, and a serious threat to any politician who votes against it! If the Dumocrats, or any RINO (or worse!) working with them, do not allow a positive Vote on SAVE AMERICA, TERMINATE THE FILIBUSTER, and pass this, and every other Bill that true Republicans have ever dreamt of (In addition to the upcoming Budget BOMB and the 1929 catastrophic style DEBT CEILING BILL!).

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Chairs of the Black, Hispanic, and Progressive caucuses announced plans to pack the Supreme Court and nuke the Senate filibuster if they win the 2026 midterms.
A proposed resolution calls to end so-called “racial discrimination in voting and elected representation and ensure that all eligible Americans are able to vote,” nuke the filibuster’s 60-vote threshold in the Senate, and “structural changes to the Supreme Court,” including expanding the size of the court and term limits on justices.
“The Court’s far-right supermajority poses a serious threat to any future attempts by Congress to realize the promise of a multiracial democracy, rein in executive power, champion worker’s rights, protect voting rights, and restore and strengthen the Federal protections against racial discrimination in the Voting Rights Act,” the resolution reads.
Earlier this week, Trump responded to the Democrats’ plan, writing on Truth Social, “They do this, and the Republican Party is DEAD!”
