During a press briefing on a proposed $22 billion renovation of Dulles Airport, Trump said he told President Zelensky to just end the war with Russia.
There’s no “renovation” of his economic polices crippling the US, are there? Any policy Trump should be paying attention to?
“I told him, just end the war,” Trump said, not understanding his hubris and how inane his response was.
How dare this man, who looks like he is disintegrating before our eyes, and who has been repeatedly humiliated by Iran, pretend the Russian aggression could be easily stopped by President Zelensky with a few words!
A reporter asked Trump how his meeting went with Zelensky the other day.
TRUMP: It was good no it was good, look you know he’s out doing this thing. I’d like him to end the war. So ,it’s very simple.
I get along with both. I get along with President Putin. I get along with President Zelensky and like I told him, I wanted to end the war! Get the war ended. Thousands of people. 25,000 people died last month that’s standard and it’s not acceptable, so I said just end the war.
The Russia invasion of Ukraine is a much more complex war to resolve than our attack on Iran.
Why can’t Trump just end the war with Iran with a few words?
